You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and not to use the store for any purpose that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may suspend or close any account that misuses the store.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We take care to show products, descriptions, and photos accurately; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices without affecting confirmed orders.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or an available payment method is chosen, and you receive a confirmation message. We may cancel an order in cases such as stock running out or an obvious pricing error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Delivery times and shipping fees depend on your region and the shipping method you choose, and are shown before you complete your order. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, and we will do our best to let you know of any expected delay.

You may request a return or exchange in line with the E-Commerce Law, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that cannot be returned by their nature — such as made-to-order products and digital products once downloaded — are excluded. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the product is inspected.

All store content — text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the store or the products incorrectly or against instructions, and our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased product.

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page and do not affect orders confirmed before then.
